Faktor Minat Laki-Laki Memilih Profesi Guru PAUD

Rendahnya kehadiran guru laki-laki di ranah pendidikan anak usia dini menjadi permasalahan penting bagi perkembangan terkhusus dalam hal gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memilih profesi PAUD. Populasi penelitian adalah PAUD Indonesia, sedangkan sampel tersedia sebanyak lima orang dengan status satuan dan lama mengajar berbeda. menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif teknik wawancara memperoleh informasi mengenai Data terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis metode coding melalui tahapan open coding, axial selective coding. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dapat dilihat tiga sudut pandang. memberikan kebaharuan prihal pentingnya ditengah rendahnya diketahuinya akan mampu stimulus bahan pengambilan kebijakan pemangku meningkatkan laki-laki.
